課程內容

少林八段錦是少林寺眾僧最早演練的健身功法之一。據傳,早在唐朝時,少林寺高僧靈丘善練八段綿,壽達109 歲。八段錦有舒筋活血,調理氣血,促進人體新陳代謝等功能,久練可以健壯體質、抗疫祛病、延年益壽。

少林八段錦在社會上流傳頗廣,究其原因為簡單易學、強身養身去病之功效甚好,八段錦也是少林易筋經的一部份,因而很受歡迎。練此功以調和陰陽、通理三焦為主旨,以動入靜、以靜入動、動靜皆宜、神奇變化、通和上下、和暢氣血、去舊生新、充實五臟、消內生之百病、補其不足,妙用無窮。常習之可達百病之不生、延年而益壽。

少林八段錦招式簡單,但其內涵豐富,若只注重外形之修煉,則徒勞而無功。練習時應注重反觀內視,調和呼吸,心靈感悟,明乎機理,若能如此,則功效不可思議。

1. 雙手托天理三焦,
2. 左右開弓似射雕,
3. 調理脾胃須單舉,
4. 五勞七傷往後瞧。
5. 搖頭擺尾去心火,
6. 攢拳怒目增氣力,
7. 兩手攀足固腎腰,
8. 背後七顛百病消。

呼吸

(一)方法:用鼻孔吸氣和吐氣,呼吸時要柔、細、慢、長。
(二)要領:
手由下向上舉時慢慢吸氣,手放下時吐氣要細要長。
伸開的手移近身體時吸氣,手向外伸出時吐氣。
身體伸展時吸氣,彎曲時吐氣。
